About this calculator

A time card calculator takes a clock-in and clock-out time and an unpaid break, works out the paid hours for the shift, and multiplies by your hourly rate to estimate the gross pay. Times are entered in 24-hour HH:MM format and a clock-out before the clock-in is treated as an overnight shift.
